Harvard Business Review Summit returns to Brazil with Artificial Intelligence Forum

Event promoted by the publication in partnership with NürnbergMesse Brasil, Hiria and Infinity is expected to bring together 200 leaders in March

From healthcare to the automotive industry, the market has shown increasing interest in investing in artificial intelligence, which works to empower systems and devices so that they can act in a manner similar to humans. The purpose, in all cases, is the same: to generate efficiency and innovation in a continuous and unprecedented manner.

With the integration, significant improvements in operational efficiency, process automation and customer experience have been observed by companies, which consequently seek more knowledge about the technology and its applications.

In this scenario, Harvard Business Review, a publication linked to Harvard University, which brings reflections on best practices in business management and strategy, in partnership with NürnbergMesse Brasil, Hiria and Infinity Conferences & Exhibitions, decided to relaunch its event platform in Brazil and hold, in March, the Harvard Business Review Summit on Artificial Intelligence. The goal is to contribute to the development of professionals and to improving the future of corporations.

“Harvard University, as one of the 10 largest centers of production and knowledge in the world, will present at the Forum a set of concepts and case studies that will support Brazilian leaders in their respective projects to implement artificial intelligence,” explains Vinnicius Vieira, founding partner of Hiria. “We are happy to be partners in this project at a crucial time for individuals and organizations that want to be at the forefront of AI innovations,” he adds.

The meeting will be held on March 20, in São Paulo, and will feature Marc Zao-Sanders, founder and CEO of filtered.com and author of the Harvard Business Review, as the keynote speaker. Jeane Tsutsui, CEO of Grupo Fleury; Cristina Palmaka, president of SAP Latin America & Caribbean; and Gabriel Ferreira, CEO of Banco BV, will also share their experiences and expand the panorama of artificial intelligence applications in Brazil.

“The theme of this first immersion was chosen to spark strategic and relevant discussions for executives working in the local and international markets,” says Daniela Carvalho, general director of Infinity and responsible for curating the event. “Marc will talk about the brutal impact of generative artificial intelligence on our daily lives, assessing risks and challenges. Next, we will have another session with Brazilian CEOs, who will give a briefing on risks and regulation of the technology in the country, in addition to two Harvard-style masterclasses,” she adds.
