Terms of Use

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms, the following shall be considered:

  • “NMB”: NUERNBERGMESSE BRASIL – FEIRAS E CONGRESSOS LTDA., the event organizer.
  • “User”: Legal entity participating in NMB events and user of NMB ONE.
  • “NMB ONE”: NMB’s digital ecosystem that integrates all solutions, services, and experiences in one place – for brands, exhibitors, visitors, and partners.

1. PURPOSE

NUERNBERGMESSE BRASIL – FEIRAS E CONGRESSOS LTDA. (“NMB”), registered with CNPJ/MF under no. 00.627.805/0001-60, establishes through these Terms of Use the general conditions for using the NMB ONE platform.

NMB ONE aims to:

  • Present logistical and operational information about the in-person event;
  • Offer E-commerce Services and other NMB solutions;
  • Integrate solutions, services, and experiences;
  • Answer USER questions.

2. ACCEPTANCE

By using NMB ONE, the User declares to be aware of and agree with:

  • These Terms of Use;
  • NMB’s Privacy Policies.

3. PLATFORM ACCESS AND USE

3.1. NMB will provide the User with access to the NMB ONE platform for:

  • Interaction with participants;
  • Availability of materials (videos, documents, links, etc.);
  • Presentation of commercial opportunities related to NMB’s E-commerce.

3.2. NMB may send communications about the event (reminders, updates, opportunities) in accordance with current legislation.

3.3. The access link will be sent in advance by email, and it is the USER’s responsibility to:

  • Verify technical compatibility (browser, connection, etc.).

4. USER OBLIGATIONS

4.1. The USER must:

  • Provide truthful and updated information;
  • Respect intellectual property and image rights;
  • Refrain from disclosing illegal, discriminatory, or offensive content.

4.2. The USER is prohibited from:

  • Engaging in spam practices or improper data collection;
  • Using the platform for purposes unrelated to the event;
  • Transferring their virtual space to third parties without NMB’s authorization.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. NMB may use event images and data (except confidential information) for promotional purposes.

5.2. It is expressly forbidden to:

  • Record or transmit the Live without authorization;
  • Disclose confidential content (e.g., commercial strategies, data of other participants).

6. RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1. NMB is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures beyond its administration (e.g., USER connection problems);
  • Content disclosed by third parties or by the USER;
  • Any interactions outside the controlled environment.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

7.1. NMB may modify these Terms at any time.

7.2. Omitted cases will be resolved according to the Brazilian Civil Code and applicable legislation.

7.3. The forum for any disputes will be the City of São Paulo/SP.
