The Brazilian Association of Light and Sustainable Construction (ABCLS), in partnership with NürnbergMesse Brasil, announces the Construlev Expo for 2025: an event dedicated to advances and innovations in light and sustainable construction
With a focus on innovation in construction methods, Construlev Expo will take place from November 4 to 6, 2025, at São Paulo Expo, in the capital of São Paulo, and promises to be a fundamental meeting point for professionals in the construction chain such as architects, engineers, specifiers, designers, assemblers, distributors, construction companies, developers and companies interested in learning more about and investing in these construction systems.
Construlev Expo will address the main aspects of lightweight construction: Drywall, Steel Frame and Wood Frame, which are systems composed of a structure that can be made of galvanized steel or wood and using cement sheets, drywall sheets and wooden OSB as closing materials, in addition to finishing materials and absorbent wool for acoustic treatment.
Modular Construction is also part of the scope, with modules planned and executed independently, inside factories (off-site) and transported to the construction site, known for their speed and efficiency.
The event will highlight all the connections that these themes have with sustainability, such as resistance and energy efficiency, ease of execution and maintenance, economy (optimization of construction time and reduction of budgets, when compared to other construction systems), as well as the reduction, production and proper disposal of waste, resulting in less environmental impact.
Technology exhibitions, innovation forums and lectures with experts will also be held, with the aim of disseminating more information about the sector and generating networking in the construction chain.
