Construction sector stands out in 2025 events calendar

After a positive performance in 2024, the construction market is starting 2025 with optimistic prospects. According to the Brazilian Chamber of the Construction Industry (CBIC), the forecast is for growth of between 2.3% and 3% over the course of the year. Within this scenario, trade shows are gaining prominence as important catalysts for innovation and networking.

“Trade fairs and other corporate meetings are much more than events. They create an atmosphere conducive to the exchange of ideas and the emergence of strategic partnerships. The combination of innovation and collaboration is essential for the organic growth of the sector,” says Alexandre Brown, Director of the Construction Center at event promoter NürnbergMesse Brasil.

With an industry that moves billions of reais annually, events represent a unique opportunity for professionals and companies to update themselves, network and learn about the trends that will define the market in the coming years. They also promote the development of more sustainable solutions, which are increasingly aligned with global demands.

“These meetings offer professionals and companies a diversified showcase of products, services and solutions, aligned with both national demands and global trends in the sector,” says Brown. “For those working in the architecture, design, construction or decoration sectors, taking part in these events is a chance to stay ahead of the competition, understanding new market dynamics and making important connections.”

With a calendar full of major events in 2025, the construction industry is preparing for a year of significant progress. Four fairs stand out that promise to move the sector forward and bring new airs to architecture and engineering:
