This Privacy Notice aims to confirm our commitment to security and transparency in the processing of personal data under the General Data Protection Law No. 13.709/2018 (“LGPD”), as well as to inform all interested parties about the types of personal data collected, the reasons for the collection, and the rights inherent to the data subjects.

1. Data Controller:

The data controller responsible for processing your personal data is NUERNBERGMESSE BRASIL – FEIRAS E CONGRESSOS LTDA., registered with CNPJ/MF under No. 00.627.805/0001-60 (“NMB”).

2. Processing and Purpose:

The personal data provided will be processed for the purpose of offering and/or marketing products, services, solutions, and for any other need related to the development of NMB’s activities.

In addition, the personal data provided may be processed for the following purposes:

Send information about offers related to the services and products offered and developed by NMB and its group companies;
Participation of data subjects in advertising campaigns;
Conduct general opinion surveys about a product or service;
Manage goods and services provided by third parties for the development of NMB’s business activities;
Respond to questions, requests, or complaints made by data subjects and public authorities, as well as share personal data with authorities who, under applicable law, must receive and process such data;
Transfer the collected information to different areas of NMB and group companies in Brazil and abroad when necessary for the development of its activities;
Register in NMB’s information systems and its commercial and operational databases;

3. Sharing with Third Parties:

NMB may share personal data with third parties involved in the provision of its services, who will observe all protective measures provided in NMB’s Privacy and Data Protection Policy available on its website. All internal personnel are also required to handle personal data securely and confidentially and to retain it only for a specified period. These obligations remain even after the end of the relationship between the parties.

4. Rights of the Data Subject:

In accordance with Article 18 of the LGPD, the Data Subject has the following rights:

Obtain confirmation of the existence of processing;
Free access to personal data that has been processed;
Rectification of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated personal data;
Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or unlawfully processed data in accordance with the LGPD;
Portability of personal data to another service or product provider, upon express request, in accordance with ANPD regulations, subject to trade and industrial secrets;
Deletion of personal data processed with the consent of the data subject, except in cases provided for in Art. 16 of the LGPD;
Information about public and private entities with which the Controller has shared personal data;
Withdrawal of consent, under the terms of Art. 8, § 5 of the LGPD.

The above rights may be exercised in accordance with the procedures set out in the Privacy and Data Protection Policy available at https://nuernbergmesse-brasil.com.br/politica-de-privacidade, which NMB reserves the right to modify at any time by publishing it on the Company’s website or through other available means.

5. How long is the data stored?

The processing of personal data will be carried out as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in Clause 2 above and in compliance with the LGPD.

6. How is the security of personal data ensured?

NMB is committed to adopting reasonable technical measures to protect against unauthorized processing of personal data, as well as internal procedures to monitor potential vulnerabilities, and further commits to notifying the data subject in the event of a security incident, in accordance with its Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
